See below the interview carried out with Doug Powell, Head of the Security Plan for the Vancouver Winter Olympic Games for BC Hydro, at the Apex Brasil’s VIP corporate hospitality suite, during Carnaval 2011, in Rio de Janeiro, at the Samba School Parade on the Sapucaí Avenue.
He is currently engaged with Brazil and Brazilian companies, namely Modulo Security, and was asked to, after having experienced first hand the carnival in Rio, how did he see carnival and all what it entails, specially the cultural elements, playing a role and influencing the value proposition that he perceived in his ongoing engagements with the Brazilian organizations.
