Brasil IT teamed up with The Outsourcing Institute to produce a Live White Paper Series, which consists of a series of video interviews with Brazilian IT Service Providers and Frank Casale, CEO of The Outsourcing Institute. The purpose of this program is to highlight the unique problem solving approach adopted by the Brazilian companies and how this benefits the customer, by providing a time delivery of the required solutions, and almost always exceeding expectations.
